We want you to love your new tote, but if it is not a perfect match, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
